thepixelage will set up discussion sessions with client to understand the client's business needs.

Recommendation

thepixelage team will brainstorm based on the gathered information and formulate recommendations for the client. Presentation will be made to the client and/or the senior management to fully explain the solutions that have been proposed. Concurrently, a Project Manager will be assigned to the project and will serve as the point of contact between the client and thepixelage team.

Development

Upon agreement between the client and thepixelage, development work will commence. thepixelage Project Manager will periodically update the client with the progress status of the development of the project.

User Testing

System will be deployed for user testing between the client and thepixelage. At the same time, thepixelage project manager will provide fast-track training to the client personnel.

Deployment

Actual deployment and usage. thepixelage will provide a warranty period of 1 to 6 months based on project scale. This will allow the client to test the system throughly and all errors or bugs will be rectified by thepixelage at no extra costs to the client.
